Burton Green Butterflies

Welcome to Burton Green Butterflies!

Butterflies is our bespoke Early Years education setting for children aged two to three years.

It is staffed by a dedicated, experienced team led by Ruth Marsh, a qualified Early Years Teacher. In September 2016, we were delighted to receive a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted.

We provide funded early education places for two to three-year old children and can offer advice regarding your eligibility for funding. We aim to deliver outstanding provision for our children in a safe, friendly and fun environment.

At Butterflies, the children have ample opportunities to learn and explore through play, developing a range of skills they will need later in life. We have a fantastic indoor and outdoor learning environment, all focused on the needs of younger children and we also welcome and support children who speak English as an additional language.

Visitors are always welcome. Do come and meet us and see our provision – we would love to show you around!

“You walk into Butterflies and they’re so welcoming and always have a positive attitude which makes children excited to go in. I’m happy that I know my children are going into a safe and happy environment.”

Some parents may be eligible for up to 15 hours of free childcare a week for their two-year old child if they meet certain income criteria. A child can access a twoyear old free early education place the term after their second birthday until the
